After almost three years of hiatus, I’m delighted to be offering (once again) yoga and wellness retreats in my home country of Mexico. Join me and my colleague and co-steward of The Bhakti Center, Tara Sonali Miller, for a week of connection, renewal, and joy in the beautiful beach town of Chacala, Nayarit, Mexico.

NEW Retreat dates: April 5th – April 10th, 2024

Retreat Center: Casa Liquen, a dreamy “casa/hotel boutique” created by Adriana (Mexican woman, creative entrepreneur and former educator) with the vision to invite people to cultivate relaxation, feel inspired and nourished by the place, local culture, and the art of slowing down.

Cost: Room prices start at $1,799 usd per person, for two or three people.
